The Fourth Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office takes great responsibility in prosecuting those who break our laws and threaten the safety of our community.  However, we recognize offenders of nonviolent crimes, juveniles with no prior records and other individuals with similar cases sincerely wish to turn their lives around.  These diversion programs are designed to counsel, educate and give a second chance to lead a responsible and productive life.
