Sr. Prosecutor Munnerlyn received her Juris Doctor from USC in 1993. After clerking for Judge James E. Lockemy, she became full time Fourth Circuit Assistant for Solicitor Gordon McBride. Sherrie Baugh, Deputy Solicitor—Darlington County Born in Pageland, Deputy Solicitor Baugh has lived in Hartsville since age five. She attended Sumter University and graduated from USC Columbia. An 8th generation Cheravian, Narcotics Prosecutor Johnson-Lee attended Furman University and Francis Marion College, graduating with a BA in History and Collaterals in Political Science and Sociology. A graduate of USC School of Law, she was the first female attorney to practice in Chesterfield County, SC as an Associate at Leppard, Henderson & Spencer. Contracted to prosecute abuse and neglect cases for DSS, she joined the Solicitor’s Office in 1997 as Chief Juvenile Prosecutor and Assistant Solicitor. In 2001, she became Narcotics Prosecutor. Pattie McKenzie, Assistant Solicitor—Darlington County
Born in Florence, S.C., Assistant Solicitor McKenzie graduated with an undergraduate degree in Secondary Education and received her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. After her admission to the S.C. Bar in 2006, she immediately went to work for the Solicitor’s Office. Kernard Redmond, Deputy Solicitor—Dillon County
Deputy Solicitor Redmond graduated from The College of Charleston in 1990 with a B.S. in Political Science and minor in International Relations. He graduated USC School of Law in 1993, and joined the Fourth Judicial Circuit as Assistant Solicitor after admission to the S.C. Bar. Working intermittently for private firms in Charleston and Florence, he returned to the Fourth Circuit Solicitor’s Office in 2003 and was named Deputy Solicitor in 2005. Edward Lee Hayes, Assistant Solicitor—Dillon County From Dillon, Assistant Solicitor Hayes attained his undergraduate training with a double major in finance and entrepreneurship management. After graduating from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan, he worked as an attorney for Richardson, Plowden, Carpenter and Robinson in Columbia, and later clerked for Judge James E. Lockemy. Assistant Solicitor Daniel Jones graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2001, with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy. After working for the South Carolina Department of Education for two years, he attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating in 2006. After working as an associate attorney for Dick Harpootlian in Columbia, S.C., he joined the Fourth Circuit Solicitor’s Office in August 2007. primarily handling DUI Prosecution. Adam Foard, Assistant Solicitor—Darlington County A native of Pageland, Assistant Solicitor Foard graduated from Winthrop University in 2003 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in History. Foard gained his J.D. from Charleston School of Law in 2007 as a member of its inaugural graduating class. He joined the Fourth Circuit Solicitor's Office in September 2006 as an intern, becoming an assistant solicitor after passing the South Carolina Bar, and focuses on General Sessions cases.
